About the Course

"I know my clients need more Phase 2, but what should I do?" This program will explore a wide range of Phase 2 Preparation strategies to support clients. Using a polyvagal and liberation-based lens, specific strategies will be explored to address different nervous system states based on client needs and desired changes. Additional strategies will be taught to increase distress tolerance and prepare clients to engage with difficult material during reprocessing phases. Trainees will also explore how to integrate parts work into Phase 2 Preparation to increase readiness across the system to engage in the work.

This is live, online training. This is an intermediate-level course. Attendance at all live sessions, and course evaluation is required to receive a CE Certificate. Course evaluations are made available after all live sessions have been completed within this course portal.
